What if I want to return the product?

NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT!

(a) If a downloadable link or boxed product does not work as it should, the developer dispatching the goods must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the item and notified of the error. The developer must in the first instance offer a replacement

(b) If the Customer wishes to return any goods, they must first contact the developer in order to return the item and get an returns reference. In turn the developer will notify Buy Serious Games in order to send the refund back to the Customer. Any items returned to the Company without such a returns reference or otherwise contrary to the Company’s requirements will be re-dispatched to the Customer at the Customer’s cost. All returns must be made within 7 working days of dispatch of the order.

(c) With respect to the provisions of this clause, the Company will take no action nor will it provide the Customer with a credit until the items are back with Company and have been subject to an examination. Such an examination will include inspection of the original packaging and Customer’s invoice. In the case of the downloadable item, a full inspection of the download will be carried out to ensure the item was not downloaded or tampered with.

(d) All damages and/or shortages must be reported in writing (by email to the developer) within 3 working days of parcel receipt in order to sustain a valid claim.

(e) Return carriage charges cannot be accepted by the company unless such charges have been expressly agreed by the Company prior to the return of goods.
