Important - The despatch date is the day we POST the item and NOT the day is should arrive. Your order will be posted according to the table below:

Expected Delivery Times

The Royal Mail aims to deliver 90% of all first class packages the next working day; however, it is not possible to guarantee next day delivery, unless you use our special delivery option. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive. Please note the despatch times can vary dependent on stock of goods and special order items.

Destinations outside Europe	Allow at least 7 working days

Postage and Packing

All our products are posted by standard First Class mail from our office (unless the special delivery option is selected at extra cost). Costs are calculated based on item weight so the postage cost will increase on larger orders in line with Royal Mail standard charges.

When postage is offered as a part of an order it is liable for VAT, whereas when you buy stamps on their own from a post office they are zero VAT rated. It is our aim to charge you the actual cost of postage plus VAT.

UK Mainland Delivery and Postage:

Mainland UK orders over £100 are shipped FREE of charge!

Our Mainland UK Shipping standard rate is £4.95, although small packages will be charged according to weight, up to a maximum of £4.95 which will be finalised at despatch not checkout.

Non UK Mainland Delivery and Postage:

Non UK mainland orders will be charged according to weight which will be finalised at despatch not checkout. Please see below for details of these shipping rates.

If you live outside of Europe EU, place your order on-line (with no obligation to purchase) and we will reply with a quote, for our discounted shipping costs. Please see our international shipping rates guide below, based on weight, for an indication of shipping costs against the weight of your order. We will contact you with an exact price including delivery prior to despatching your order or debiting your payment card.

For Non UK Mainland Postage, parcels up to 1kg will be charged according to weight, at a reduced cost between £4.95 and the 1kg charge for your zone, which will be finalised at despatch not checkout.

Special Delivery

Please be advised that Special Delivery requires a signature. If there is not likely to be anyone to sign for the delivery please use the normal first class service or have it delivered to a work address if possible. If deliveries cannot be signed for they are taken back to the depot and need to be picked up in person from the Post Office or redelivered at a later date.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Postage

Delivery and Postage terms are: Serious Games Institute and Digital2Point0 will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of Customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once Serious Games Institute and Digital2Point0 delivers the Product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and Serious Games Institute and Digital2Point0 shall not be liable for delays.
